Philanthropy Together is a new national initiative to scale and strengthen the collective giving movement. They seek to democratize and diversify philanthropy through the power of giving circles! On July 30, 2020, Philanthropy Together held their first Racial Equity Community of Practice webinar. This is the first of a 6-month commitment that more than 75 giving circles are making to embed racial equity in their culture, grant-making and impact. This webinar included Community Investment Network and panelists who shared their insight, knowledge, and tools.
The panelist included Natasha Harrison, President & CEO of CommunityBuild Ventures, Lisa McGill of LM Strategies Consulting, and Christina Gorczynski of Impact Austin.
